1.1 A booking is only confirmed upon receipt of a fifty percent (50%) deposit.
1.2 If the Client cancels the booking less than twenty four (24) hours prior to the scheduled event start time, no refund shall be issued under any circumstances.
1.3 All payments made are non refundable for cancellations occurring within twenty four (24) hours of the event.
2.1 The remaining balance must be paid in full no later than twenty four (24) hours prior to the scheduled event start time.
2.2 Failure to settle the outstanding balance within this timeframe shall result in Candid Studio declining to attend the event.
2.3 In such circumstances, all payments made shall be forfeited and no refund shall be issued.
3.1 The Client must provide all required design materials, content, and event details no later than twenty-four (24) hours prior to the scheduled event.
3.2 Failure to provide the required materials within the specified timeframe shall result in Candid Studio not attending the event.
3.3 In this circumstance, fifty percent (50%) of the total amount paid shall be refunded to the Client.
4.1 Where the Standard Booth is booked on a drop off and pick up basis, the Client is required to pay a refundable equipment damage holding fee of three hundred pounds sterling (£300).
4.2 This holding fee covers damage, loss, or misuse of the equipment while in the Client's possession.
4.3 Any repair or replacement costs shall be deducted from the holding fee. Any remaining balance shall be refunded following inspection.
5.1 All photobooths or video guestbook purchased from Candid Studio are sold on a non returnable basis.
5.2 All sales are final and no refunds or exchanges shall be provided.
5.3 A limited warranty is provided for a period of ninety (90) days from the date of purchase.
6.1 In the event of equipment malfunction, the Client must ship the faulty item to Candid Studio for inspection and assessment.
6.2 The limited warranty applies only to the following components. Ring light. LED. Remote. Keys. Travel case.
6.3 The warranty does not cover damage resulting from misuse, negligence, accidental damage, breakage, scratches, overuse, or loss of equipment.
7.1 Repair or replacement of covered components is subject to inspection approval.
7.2 Replacement timelines depend on part availability and may take up to fourteen (14) days from approval.
7.3 All shipping costs to Candid Studio are the responsibility of the Client.
